The New York State Snowmobile Association (NYSSA) brings an enhanced version of its web application to your pockets, making for a better riding experience than ever. This free app is available for iPhone and works both with and without mobile data coverage, ensuring that you can enjoy its functionalities no matter where you are on the trails.
With NYSSA, you can access a range of offline features, including seeing your location on the map through your phone's GPS signal, finding nearby restaurants, gas stations, hotels, parking, and other services, checking trail conditions based on the last available data connection, and calculating the distance between you and a specific point. You can also save and load itineraries quickly.
When you have mobile coverage, the app offers additional online features. You can check updated trail statuses for the best riding experience, easily share your position with friends (while keeping it private from others), and plan out itineraries to share with your group.
